6. YouTube API & Google User Data

Oogw.ai provides content optimization tools by integrating with YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

  • Data We Access: To provide content optimization, Oogw.ai accesses your YouTube Analytics (including watch time, click-through rates, and audience retention), video metadata (titles and descriptions), and thumbnail performance data via Google OAuth.
  • Purpose of Access: We use this data exclusively to help you optimize your channel’s performance. This includes analyzing “hooks” for retention, testing thumbnail effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to help increase your channel’s revenue.
  • Data Sharing & Transfer: We do not sell your Google user data or YouTube Analytics to any third parties. Your data is not shared with other users or used to train public models in a way that identifies your specific channel. We only transfer data to third-party service providers (such as encrypted cloud storage) strictly necessary to operate the Oogw.ai platform.
  • Revocation: You can disconnect Oogw.ai and revoke access at any time via the Google Security Settings.

7. Data Security & Sensitive Information

We recognize that your channel’s analytics and revenue data are highly sensitive. We protect this information using enterprise-grade security protocols.

  • Encryption: All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.2+ encryption. Sensitive performance metrics and OAuth tokens are secured with AES-256 encryption at rest.
  • Access Control: We use secure OAuth 2.0 protocols, meaning Oogw.ai never sees or stores your Google password. Access tokens are stored in an isolated, encrypted database with restricted access limited to essential automated processes.
  • Data Minimization: We only pull the specific analytics required to provide content feedback (e.g., “Retention” and “CTR”). We do not collect personal data from your viewers or subscribers that is not necessary for content optimization.
  • Regular Audits: Our systems undergo regular security reviews to ensure your channel’s data remains private and protected against unauthorized access.
